IFS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

 WARRANTY POLICY:

At Irwin Fitness, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. We stand behind the craftsmanship and structural integrity of our work. Please familiarize yourself with our warranty policy:

Structural Welds:

  • We provide a limited lifetime warranty on all structural welds. This warranty covers any defects in the welds or related structural components that arise under normal use and conditions.
  • In the event of a structural weld failure within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected components free of charge.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.

Material Defects:

  • We source high-quality materials for all of our products and have a limited lifetime warranty against material defects.
  • If a material defect is discovered within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected components at no additional cost.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper handling, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Warranty Claim Process:

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • We may require supporting documentation, such as photographs or videos, to assess the claim.
  • Once the claim is approved, we will coordinate the necessary repairs or replacements promptly.

Limitations:

  • Our warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser of the custom metal products.
  • Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel may void the warranty.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of delivery or installation.

    If, for any reason, your product's performance is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we want the chance to make it right! We stand behind our products and will work diligently to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

    In the claims process, please understand that warrantied products are replaced at Irwin Fitness's discretion and warranties do not cover normal product wear. Products modified or repaired outside of Irwin Fitness will be void of warranty coverage. Warranties may be voided if product is damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user.

    **Negligent or faulty use includes: abusive dropping of the bar (i.e. dropping the loaded bar on a bench, spotter arms or pins in a rack)**

    WHAT IS NOT COVERED

    Irwin Fitness Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on items such as, transportation wheels, UHMW inserts and plastic end caps.

    This warranty is void if the product is improperly stored, assembled, altered and/or modified in any way. Improper assembly indications included damaged/stripped wiring harness and stripped threads on nuts.

    It does not cover misuse/abuse or accident/damage such as scratches, broken covers, torn seat or cosmetic damage to paint/finishes.


    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our valued customers to the best of our ability. Please review our cancellation policy below:

    Custom Orders:

    • Cancellation within 48 hours of order placement: We offer a full refund with no cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation after 48 hours of order placement: A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the stage of production reached. This fee covers the costs incurred up to that point, such as material procurement and initial labor.
    • Cancellation after production has commenced: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for orders that have already entered the production phase. However, we will work with you to explore alternative solutions and mitigate any inconvenience caused.
    Standard Products:
    • Cancellation within 48 hours of order placement: We offer a full refund with no cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation after 48 hours of order placement, but prior to shipment: A cancellation fee may apply to cover any costs incurred up to that point, such as packaging and preparation.
    • Cancellation after shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange as per our return policy.

      Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to individual circumstances, and exceptions may be made at our discretion. We encourage you to reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible in case of any cancellation request or if you have any further questions.


      RETURNS POLICY:

      We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please familiarize yourself with our returns policy:

      Custom Orders:

      • Due to the unique nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
      • If you believe your custom product is defective or does not match the specifications provided, please contact our customer support team within two days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

      Standard Products:

      • For standard products that are not customized or modified, we offer a five day return window from the date of delivery.
      • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
      • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
      • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 3 business days.

      Return Process:

      • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
      • Include the RA number on the package and return the item in its original packaging or a suitable equivalent.
      • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
      • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

      Exclusions:

      • Certain items, such as customized products or items purchased during sales, may not be eligible for returns. This information will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.
      • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for items that have been damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
